Eligibility Criteria for UP TGT and PGT Posts

  • Educational Qualification:
  • TGT – Graduate Degree in relevant subject and B.Ed or equivalent
  • PGT – Post Graduate Degree with B.Ed.

Age Limit:

How to Apply for UPSESSB TGT and PGT Recruitment 2020

The candidates can apply for UP Teacher Recruitment 2020 from 29 October to 27 November 2020 by following steps:

Selection Process for UPSESSB TGT PGT Teachers is as follows :-

1.Log on to access the home page of the “Candidate Segment”.
2.Before filling up the form candidates are advised to carefully go through the Relevant Notification published in the Leading News Papers and also available in the “ Notifications/Advertisements” in Candidate segment page.
3.Place the mouse over the “Notifications/Advertisements” menu to view all details of notifications with respect of vacancies/post.
4.Click on “Notifications/Advertisements” link would take you to the list of all the active Notifications, where you can select to Apply for any of the listed notification by clicking on the link “Apply” against each notification.
5.Click on “Apply” button it will open option “Candidate Registration”.
 For Part-I Candidate Registration process you have to click on “Candidate Registration” option it will fetch out Candidate Basic Registration page in which the candidates have to fill fundamental information, particulars and details asked for. Fields with * indication are mandatory and essential to be filled in by the candidate. Every field has clear instructions for filling up online form are written, which should be carefully read and strictly followed by the candidates while filling up the form.
6.Read User guidelines carefully using “User Instruction” option.
 The Application form divided into two options namely “Candidate Registration” and “Submit Application Form”.
Part -1
7.Now click on “Candidate Registration” option to accomplish 1st part of form submission.

Candidate Basic Registration form:

Here the system asks for Candidate’s Personal Information including ‘Type of Recruitment’,‘Name’, ‘Father’s/husband’s name’, ‘UP Domicile’, ‘Category’,’Sub Category’, ’DOB’, Gender, ‘Marital status’, ‘Contact no’, Email-Id, Qualification details, and other relevant information.

After entering verification code Click on “Submit” button at bottom of the page, the second page that will display your Registration Slip where you can find your 16 digit registration number with detail that you can also take print for future reference.

[The candidates are supposed to fill in the Payment Details while filling up Part-II of the Online Application Submission.] (In Some Advertisement -If Fee is NIL ,Please Ignore This Point(8).)

8.After Completion of PART-I Registration. You have to go through via “Fee Deposition/Reconciliation” and enter your Registration No, Date of Birth and Gender then click to Proceed for Payment option. After clicking the above caption of ” Click here to proceed for payment”, home page of State Bank MOPS (Multi Option Payment System) shall be displayed comprising of 03 modes of payment viz. (i) NET BANKING (ii) CARD PAYMENTS and (iii) OTHER PAYMENT MODES. After depositing the required fee by any one of the above prescribed modes, “Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR)” shall be displayed alongwith detail of fee deposition, the print of which must be taken by clicking on “Print Payment Receipt”.
 [The candidates may however note that Application would be treated as incomplete and rejected unless accompanied with Part-II Application Form submission.]
Part -2
9.Click on “Submit Application Form” would take you to the 2nd part of the online application.
10.Now to complete online application submission you just click on “Submit Application Form” in Candidate Segment Page.
 Clicking on “Submit Application Form” button it will opens-up a page and ask for Candidate Registration Number, Fee details, Scanned photograph with signature and some of your personnel details that you filled during registration process. And click on submit button & you will be moved on next page where you can fill all information to complete form submission.

[Here the candidate is required to upload the images of recent (within three months) Color Photograph in dark clothes (contrast color with respect to white background) and Signature Specimen. Images to be uploaded should be only in (*.jpe,*.jpeg,*.jpg) format of size not exceeding 50 KB each.

 The candidate should scan his signature, which has been put on white paper using Black Ink pen with his/her photograph.
 Detailed Application Form:  
 At the top of the page there is a ‘Declaration’ for the candidates “I declare that I have read the user instructions and detailed advertisement “ candidate has to tick the check box, if does not tick the check box proccedure will be terminated. Accepting to agree only will submit the candidate’s Online Application.          

           Notification Details

           This section shows information relevant to Notification i.e. Notification number, selection type, directorate/department name and post name

Personnel Details

         This section shows information about candidate personnel details i.e. Registration Number, candidate name, Father’s/Husband’s name, Gender, DOB, UP domicile, Category, Marital status, email and contact number.

Bank Transaction Details

          Bank transaction details will be available here

Other Details of candidate

          Other details of candidate shows the information details about UP Freedom Fighter, Ex Service, service duration etc.

Education & Experience Details

            It shows you educational and experience details

Candidate address, photo & signature details

           Here you will see your complete communication, Permanent address and photo with your signature.

Declaration segment

            At the bottom of the page there is a ‘Declaration’ for the candidates. Candidates are advised to go through the contents of the Declaration carefully.

 After filling all above particulars there is provision for preview your detail before final submission of application form on clicking on “Preview” button. Preview page will display all facts/particulars that you have mentioned on entry time if you are sure with filled details then click on “Submit” button to finally push data into server with successfully submission report that you can print. Otherwise using “Back” button option you can modify your details.

3-रिक्तियों और पदों का विस्‍तृत विवरण देखने के लिए माउस को “ नोटिफिकेसन/एडवरटिज्‍मेन्‍ट” मेनु पर क्लिक करें |

5-अप्‍लाई “Apply”  बटन पर क्लिक करने पर “कैन्डिडेट रजिस्‍ट्रेशन” विकल्‍प खुल जायेगा – अभ्‍यर्थी पंजीयन प्रक्रिया के भाग-1 के लिए आपको “कैन्डिडेट रजिस्‍ट्रेशन” विकल्‍प को क्लिक करना होगा जो आपको कैन्डिडेट बेसिक रजिस्‍ट्रेशन पृष्‍ठ पर ले जायेगा | * स्‍थलों की सूचनायें अभ्‍यथियों द्वारा अनिवार्य रूप से भरी जायेगी | आवेदन करने के प्रत्‍येक स्‍थल के लिए सुस्‍पष्‍ट निर्देश उपलब्‍ध है जिन्‍हे सावधानीपूर्वक पढने व उन निर्देशों का शब्‍दशः अनुपालन करते हुए ही आवेदन की प्रविष्टियों को भरें |

7-अभ्‍यर्थी पंजीयन प्रक्रिया के भाग-1 के लिए आपको कैन्डिडेट रजिस्‍ट्रेशन विकल्‍प को क्लिक करना होगा जो आपको कैन्डिडेट बेसिक रजिस्‍ट्रेशन पृष्‍ठ पर ले जायेगा |
 “कैन्डिडेट बेसिक रजिस्‍ट्रेशन फार्म”
 नाम , पिता/पति का नाम,उ0प्र0 का निवासी ,अभ्‍यर्थी की श्रेणी ,जन्‍मतिथि ,लिंग , वैवाहिक स्थिति, सम्‍पर्क हेतु दूरभाष नंबर, इमेल पता, शैक्षिक योग्‍यता-विवरण और अन्‍य प्रासंगिक सूचनायें तथा “Enter Verification Code” में दिखाये गये वेरिफिकेशन कोड की प्रविष्टि करने के पश्‍चात “सबमिट” बटन को क्लिक करें , दूसरे पृष्‍ठ पर रजिस्‍ट्रेशन स्लिप प्रदर्षित होगी जिसमें 16 अंको का रजिस्‍ट्रेशन नंबर विवरण सहित होगा | इसकी मुद्रित प्रति अभ्‍यर्थी अवश्‍य प्राप्‍त कर लें जिसका उपयोग भावी कार्यो हेतु किया जायेगा |
 [ऑनलाइन आवेदन के भाग-2 को भरते समय अभ्‍यथियों से यह अपेक्षित होगा कि वे अपने भुगतान-विवरण की प्रविष्टि अवश्‍य करें](कुछ विज्ञापन में- अगर शुल्क शून्य है, तो कृपया इस बिंदु(8) को अनदेखा करें।)
8-अभ्‍यर्थी निर्धारित शुल्क का भुगतान Credit card/Debit card, Internet Banking या SBI के ई-चालान के माध्यम से बेबसाइट पर दिये गये निर्देशों का पालन करते हुये तत्‍काल कर सकता है। शुल्‍क का भुगतान करने के बाद अभ्‍यर्थी को एक Transaction ID प्राप्‍त होगी जिसका प्रयोग कर अभ्‍यर्थी फार्म का तीसरा भाग तत्‍काल भर सकता है ।
 ई-चालान के माध्यम से शुल्क का भुगतान करने हेतु अभ्यर्थी को SBI का ई-चालान download कर SBI के किसी भी शाखा में जाकर निर्धारित शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा । शुल्क का भुगतान करने के बाद ई-चालान पर अंकित Transaction ID का उपयोग करते हुये अभ्यर्थी आवेदन पत्र भरने की आगे की कार्यवाही उसी समय पूर्ण कर सकता है ।
 यदि किसी कारण से अभ्‍यर्थी निर्धारित शुल्क का भुगतान तत्‍काल नहीं कर पाता है तो वह शुल्क जमा करने की अवधि‍ में मुख्य पृष्ठ पर दिये गये Fee Deposition/Reconciliation Link को click कर Credit card/Debit card, Internet Banking या SBI के ई-चालान के माध्यम से बेबसाइट पर दिये गये निर्देशों का पालन करते हुये निर्धारित शुल्क का भुगतान कर सकता है।
 ई-चालान से शुल्क का भुगतान करने के तत्काल बाद यदि अभ्यर्थी अपना आगे का फार्म भरना चाहता है तो Candidate Help Desk के अर्न्तगत दिये गये Link “Update your Transaction ID by Double Verification Mode” को Click कर, आवश्यक विवरण भरने के उपरान्त कर सकता है ।
