3rd November 2023: EMRS PGT Exam Date Out!
The Eklavya Model Residential School has officially announced the EMRS PGT Exam Dates 2023 for the written test of the latest 2023 cycle. The EMRS PGT 2023 written exam will be held on 17th and 24th December 2023 in 43 cities throughout the country.
20th October 2023: EMRS PGT Application Correction Link Active
The link for correcting online applications for EMRS PGT Recruitment has been activated. Candidates can login to the same and correct the applications submitted.
13th October 2023: EMRS PGT Application Reopened!
The Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) has reopened the application process for PGT. Now, the last date to apply online has been extended till 19th October 2023.

How to Apply for EMRS PGT Recruitment 2023?
The candidates can apply for the recruitment till the last date of the EMRS recruitment process. The candidates are advised to apply as soon as possible to avoid last-minute server issues. Below are the steps to apply for recruitment.
Step 1: Visit the official website of EMRS.
Step 2: Fill in all the mandatory fields like name, address, contact details, educational and experience details, etc.
Step 3: Attach the required documents and attach the recent passport-size photograph.
Step 4: Verify the details and pay the required fees.
Step 5: Download and take a printout of the application form for further reference.

EMRS PGT Selection Process 2023
Applicants applying for this position will have to undergo one stage selection process, i.e., CBT, which will include:
- An Online Computer Based Test (CBT) where candidates will be evaluated regarding their knowledge with respect to the post.
- The final selection of the candidates for the PGT post will be based on marks obtained in written (OMR Based) test only.
EMRS PGT Eligibility Criteria 2023
The candidates who wish to apply for the recruitment must satisfy the eligibility criteria. Below are the following criteria required for the candidates to
Age Limit
The candidates who wish to apply for the recruitment process must not exceed 40 years of age. However, age relaxations are applicable for reserved category candidates.
- Maximum age limit: 40 years
Note:
- There will be age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as applicable under the Govt. of India Rules.
- There will be a relaxation of 55 years for EMRS employees.

The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) has released the EMRS PGT Syllabus along with its official notification. Candidates can download the syllabus for the exam provided below and start preparing for the exam accordingly.
EMRS PGT Exam Pattern 2023
Below is the detailed exam pattern for the EMRC PGT Recruitment. Knowing the exam pattern is very important for the candidates as it gives them a clear idea about the weightage given to each subject in the examination.

Important Points to Notice:
- For all subjects of PGTs, Part-I to IV & VI will be common. Part V will be subject specific
- The Exam is conducted for 130 marks and the language Competency Test – for 20 marks.
- One mark (1) shall be awarded to every correct answer and 0.25 shall be deducted for every incorrect answer. Unanswered questions will not be given any marks.
- The duration of the exam is 3 hours.
EMRS PGT Salary 2023
Selected candidates will be offered great benefits with their salary. The employees will be paid with Level- 8 of the Pay Matrix. Information regarding the same has been provided in the tabular form below.
